Meet Diwakar – he leads Genpact's manufacturing segment, home to some of our biggest clients. His world spans consulting, digital, technology, finance, supply chain, analytics, and engineering services.

Diwakar's journey started with supply chain operations at Xerox. Then came General Electric (GE), where he joined the core team and pioneered GE Capital's operations in India. Over 23 years, he's climbed the ladder and even set up Genpact's centre in China.

He's championed major expansions into India's tier 2 cities, working hand-in-hand with government and social ecosystems. Beyond Genpact, you'll find him on NASSCOM's BPM Council, the board of National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) Mumbai, and as an independent director for the Indian government-sponsored Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund.

His credentials? Chemical engineering from NIT, Jaipur, plus an MBA from IIM, Mumbai. Home is Gurugram, Haryana, India, where he lives with his family.
